Our Refund Policy - We will replace any incorrect made personalized item with a new one if we made a mistake for 15 days from the time you receive it. Stuffed Animal kits or other non personalized items, can be returned for refund for 15 days from date received. Personalized items are not refundable as they can not be reused or resold. Make sure information sent to us is correct the first time!
